Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Upon booking we require a credit card # , expiry date, mailing address, email address and telephone number

Cancellation Policy: We understand that planning a vacation can be a difficult thing, and sometimes changes must occur. However, with such a short operating season and so few rooms to offer, we must ensure maximum occupancy and can't afford any last-minute cancellations that cause our rooms to sit empty. Therefore we have implemented a cancellation policy that is still fair for the guest, but also offers us some protection. If less than 30 days before arrival: $20 penalty will be charged If within 14 days of arrival date: The guest has the option of paying a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation value OR the guest can choose to pay the full reservation amount plus the $20 penalty and receive an accommodations voucher worth the value of their reservation. The voucher has no cash value, is valid toward accommodations only, is subject to availability, is not transferable, and expires September 25th in the year after the issue date.

Check In Time/Checkout Time

Please Check in at the Valhalla Lodge Bed and Breakfast anytime between 1-5 p.m. in the afternoon. If you will be later than 5p.m. please call us toll free 1(877) 623-2018. Check out time is 11:00am.

No smoking policy

Please do not smoke in the house. You may smoke on the balcony.

Breakfast Time

Free breakfast items provided for the first morning ; butter packets, bread, eggs, coffee, tea, creamers,orange or apple juice. I provide these items for your convenience upon arrival. There are local stores where you can buy breakfast items for the following mornings; two in Griquet four kms back on route 436 and one in Straitsview 4 kms toward L’Anse aux Meadows on Route 436.

Pet Policy:We allow you to bring your pet, however, there will be a $ 15/night Cleaning fee charged on your bill.
